Welcome to your life.

40Days is a journey like no other. It is a vessel, or sacred space, whereby you discover and unwrap your potential. If this is your first time challenging yourself, it may help to know that there is no pressure to perform. You and I will move at your pace and ensure the highest outcome available to you. If you have explored many different modalities, 40Days will act as a platform in which all of your gifts will come to bear on your current challenge. Think of it as an operating system for all of your software programs. 

Understandably, a growing number of psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and professional healers partake in this journey. It gives them a unique perspective of something they already know, coupled with running simultaneous programs. In 40Days, we are not searching for problems or explanations for those problems, as I believe those are obvious to you. In 40Days, you are learning to move beyond their effect on your life.

To be sure, this sacred vessel is so large that you may sometimes feel exposed. It is because you are stepping into uncharted space, possibility, for the first time. If you knew how to do it, you would have done it by now. So, in 40Days, you learn to trust your vision and act on it, even if you experience some uncertainty. Then, as you become more comfortable with yourself, you begin freeing yourself of the need for someone to carry you. You are doing this because inside, you know your truth awaits you. With that knowledge, you have something you can build your future upon.

Now, while all this is going on, I walk energetically beside you. At times I ask good and challenging questions about your experience, and I help you see what may not be evident to you. I am someone who believes in you and appreciates what you may be attached to false statements about you.

So each day, for 40 days, we meet first thing in the morning. This way, before a busy world distracts you from your truth, you and I can establish the resources to support you in your day and life. Our daily calls are 45 to 90 minutes in length, sometimes a little longer. The talks include supportive and rebuilding conversations, intentions and effects, body upgrade meditations, body and mind relationships, lucid dream work, guided meditations and intuitive guidance.

For me, each previous 40Day event has been as personal and unique as you are. The format is simple; we meet every day for 40 days, and the experience is exceptional.
